40 pitted dates
10 walnuts cut into four pieces
60 grams of chopped walnuts
2 eggs

How to prepare date kisava
- First heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Place a walnut quarter inside each date instead of the core. Then arrange the dates next to each other in a fireproof container (Pyrex). Note that there is nothing wrong with arranging several rows of dates on top of each other.
- Mix an egg and milk together and then pour it on the dates and fill the empty spaces between the dates with chopped walnuts to get a uniform surface.
- Place the date container in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes and then take it out of the oven again.
- Beat the second egg first with a fork and then pour it on the dates. Place the dates in the oven again to cook for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
- After removing the date Kisava dish from the oven, pour the melted butter on the water and decorate it with pistachios and cinnamon powder.
